Do a Google Earth on “50299 SW 131st Road, Odell, NE” Photo is from 6/29/19.

This location is 5 miles west and 2 miles south of Odell, NE as it says on their permit application. It sure looks like this is already a fully built natural gas compressor facility.

Went back to look at their application for their Air Permit, and the application says it’s an OPERATING permit, not a construction permit.
