I think the steps are: (1) GCAN and Symtomax hype the deal, (2) GCAN sells shares, Symtomax sells bonds, (3) GCAN shows they have the product ready to ship. (4) Symtomax sends the money. (5) GCAN ships.

We will see if GCAN and Symtomax ever get past step 2.
