looks like a 10 billion share stock which had no volume/interest? Drops this much on 2M shares? Company/insiders likely started selling. Wouldn't touch this with a 10 foot pole.

13 million dollars in total liabilities, nineteen thousand dollars total assets, and over 5 million dollars in toxic convertible waste. Shut it down. Shut the shit down.
