People get overly caught up with RSI in instances like this, its all about supply and demand.

Revenue could be $200 mil or higher and only 3 mil outstanding

This is not a chart play. Fundamentals trump charts. Still very undervalued. Company does over $150 million in revenues annually. We don’t even know what they have in assets. The building they’re housed in is huge. We don’t know if they own it or rent. They have 220 employees.
