After nearly 6M shares Slapped at 0.0003 today why suddenly an huge sell-off at 0.0002? It seems ACTL might decline back to 0.0001 again as soon as this afternoon...

What kind of shareholders we have here? Which is why ACTL stuck at 0.0001 ~ 0.0002 for so long though both the float and OS are Small!

I wish I still had $2.42K idle cash to Slap out those dirt cheap 0.0002s!
