Costello devotees didn't know that Costello lied about his education on a 8-K and didn't amend it until 3 months later - after the pumping damage was done.
Since the initial pump the price is down 76%.
Now Costello doesn't have any credibility - look at the last pumping PR about the drone delivery - serious investors didn't believe any of fluff - remember that Costello stated the drones could start delivering by March - but Costello has filed a application for a license.
