In most cases with these OTCM scams like GRNF - the CEO doesn't sell his stock - but there is a multitude of ways for the CEO to profit.

And the CEOs are always bragging about not selling a single share but they are enriching themselves in other ways.

One way is too issue a press release about acquiring a fake company like Squad Drone - "The acquisition includes all Squad Drone assets and technology, and 100% equity in the business."

The company isn't registered as a business entity in Washington - it is a one page website - so Costello says he is acquiring Squad Drone in a all stock deal - so Costello enriches himself with stock but there isn't any disclosure that Costello controls the company that GRNF is acquiring.

Now, Costello has shares to dump but doesn't disclose he controls the stock.

And Costello will still say that he hasn't sold a single share.

That is why it is very important to understand how OTCM scams operate.

This is a ridiculous statement: "show me a pump and dump in the history of pump and dumps where the beneficial owner of the company hasn't dumped a single share. That makes no sense. If he didn't sell above $2.00, what is he waiting for then?"

During the initial pump Costello's stock was restricted - that is why he didn't sell at $2.00.

Plus, I posted how OTCM CEOs enrich themselves but still claim not to have sold a single share. SMH!
