KKR has never ever stated an interest in buying BioAmber, the company.
LCY has never ever stated an interest in buying BioAmber, the company.
PWC told everybody that nobody bought the company. Zero bids on the SISP, bids during the liquidation were for assets only, stated clearly and directly no transaction for the shares.

So, show me anything from anywhere that anybody expressed an interest in buying the company after the SISP. And, yes, I have to attach that since there were LOI's submitted during the SISP process but there were no bids.

Anything???

In the absence of a stated interest from a company to buy BioAmber, why is it believed (and tweeted often) that LCY, LCYB, or KKR should "make the shareholders of BIOAQ whole?"

THEY'RE NOT GOING TO DEAL WITH SHAREHOLDERS AT ALL. They have nothing to do with former BIOAQ shareholders.

I honestly think they not sure how to deal with us shareholders now..lmao.

Good luck with that fantasy... Hold onto to it.... it might soften the blow when, at some time or some year, or decade, the realization sets in that nothing would or could ever be coming....
