I agree that no one on this Board claims, to my knowledge, to have seen the application to the Navy for the MAC contract and that TMPS hasn't publicly announced intention to bid.

But the Navy proved in April that they wanted the TMPS fleet of Tristars and thereafter even designed a contract that would accommodate both Omega and TMPS.

Today's price action may even be coming from a leak or rumor of contract news. However, I think that the theory that TMPS would bid again is so compelling and that the award will be in March if not before then, are so ironclad that the price must advance in anticipation.
