TMPS stock is building toward the replacement Navy contract for the one that they had won in April, but was cancelled due to protest. Duration seems to be March 2020 to March 2030. You are right that management has no 8K out since November and that their property looks dormant on the Internet. My forecast is that TriStar (TMPS) will share in the award, that the award might be smaller since it is shared or it might be larger because of expanded need by Navy (or duration), that the contract will not be contested and that the announcement will be before March 30. All just my opinion.
I am still a buyer today. If they get the contract it is still a great buy, in my opinion.
What am I missing? Google shows that their Virginia address is permanently closed, no recent filings, and no response from management. They received a small partial payment on the refueling contract they won, but it was eventually canceled due to Omega's successful protest. People on this board have indicated there's another refueling contract TMPS is bidding on, but I don't see it. I fully admit that I'm not following this stock as much as I used to, but the volume caught my eye today. Someone set me straight. Post #28124
IMO if you are in doubt and there are lots of red flags stay out. Virginia address permanently closed. Company does not file nor replies to questions.. Maybe one day some miracle will happen with $TMPS.
