CUO I think it says all the members of the Gidwitz family (the family that controls CUO) are aggregating all their shares into Bee Street Holdings...for whatever reasons...maybe to make it easier to take private.

CUO - Thanks, but I forgot I had a $10 sell (limit) that I entered late last week and lost out on some extra $$$. Still a winning trade, can't complain too much.
