Part of the issue people have is that you NEVER offer any evidence to back up your assertions. Then when you do state a case such as the spat Wallen has with the Louisiana oil guys you try to make out that it's a fraud case brought by the Federal govt when it's actually rich guys in Louisiana fighting a rich guy in Texas. Playground spat, no more, no less.

Pursuant to the Court’s Consent Order (D.E. 45), Gloria’s Ranch, LLC (“Gloria’s Ranch”)
files this Status Report Regarding the Louisiana Litigation between Gloria’s Ranch, LLC and
Debtor, Tauren Exploration, Inc. (“Tauren”).
Tauren filed its appellant brief to the Louisiana Second Circuit Court of Appeals on
September 20, 2019. Gloria’s Ranch’s filed its appellee brief is on October 10, 2019. The appeal
was submitted to the appellate court on briefs on November 18, 2019. Plaintiff anticipates that the
Louisiana Second Circuit will issue an opinion on or before March 2, 2020.
Gloria’s Ranch will file its next status report on February 21, 2020.

It's in the appeals process & is being negotiated between Wallen & Gloria's Ranch at present.

When Judge Spraker slams the bogus inv bankruptcy participants next week I think it's highly unlikely that Montano's cronies will try that trick again. More unsuspecting folks thrown under the bus by Dan "I'm a bankrupt" Montano.
I do think it's great that DAN keeps posting on the message board. It shows how desperate he's getting (he'll be a heck of a lot more desperate next week :-) :-)). Wonderful.
