You guys really need to give up on having an opinion about RS's. It is not about SS. It is about getting rid of YOU! New owners want complete control of THEIR company. Nothing STUPID or UNNECESSARY about it. They cannot control price until they control who has shares. You are unwanted baggage.
Your opinion will cost you everytime. You have to trade understanding their motives.

That's absolutely not being over-dramatic.
That's being as real as it gets.
Previously it was a reasonable position, but moving forward, i don't see how this does not affect Lazar's brand.
I simply cannot recommend his tickers to anyone in good conscience anymore.
And this will likely ripple across ALL his tickers and explains the recent trend of significant pullback i've noted in CERPQ, XNNHQ (thanks for the cheapies though), LICH, etc.

Thanks for the reply. I agree with you, this marks a significant change going forward, at least with my own approach to anything with David Lazar's stamp on it. Super short sighted of them to do what they did on IDAD. All it does is alienate a community of investors like myself, who could have been an asset, could have been a true supporter, a true believer. Instead - now they've turned me into a defensive strategist who feels forced to fade the pops on IDAD. Unfortunate, imo.
