Something is cooking to drive the continual buying the last several days. Those closer to the situation may be behind the buying spree. I wouldn't be surprised to see an announcement "soon". MrP....... "I haven't changed my opinion about anything I've said about the company and the management"?
1- They are real companies...... Not long ago you were calling the "real companies" a front for PBLS, a share selling company? 2- Audited financials will not show a book value of anywhere near 80 million........ Is this fact or speculation. Please post documentation. You must have reason to disbelieve the unaudited financials posted. 3-You do not believe they will ever file........ I do believe you believe that. 4-You believe they illegally sold unregistered shares....... They may have sold shares but are you really sure it was illegal? They may have more legal expertise than you. 5-They did buy back certed shares at .03........ You do not argue that because you were one of the few recipients. Credibility? 6-They have the most amateurish IR department I have ever seen....... Can't be all that bad as you bought their story for a long time before selling. Suspect you got a tongue lashing from PA when he gave you a present and advised you to sell your certs at .03. I suspect you were being a bit of a pest. 7- They have a very loyal shareholder base....... Not so much loyal but no reason to doubt that PBLS is a real company with much potential. PBLS use of projected revenues and no 10k along with a gagged ta are not going to attract many buyers with enough money to make a difference. That is a bit deceptive but certainly not uncalled for if the numbers are true and a 10k is on the way.
No PBLS is not a blue chip......... but I would rather have my money here than elsewhewre.
