But, see, it all kinda ties in and makes sense. the MGM is a sister hotel to the Windsor Casino Hotel, and since Petar has a gambling license (very hard to get, btw) and the Windsor Casino Hotel (sister hotell to MGM) gives Petar free rooms. They are building a relationship

EyesWideOpen - There's a roofing distributor that I do business with who has a building and warehouse about the size of my house. They carry roughly $10,000 in inventory at any given time which is really nothing in the business. Yet they are an $18 million dollar a year branch. They do this by selling jobs which ship directly from the manufacturer to the jobsites. 99% of their sales are brokered sales. They handle the credit, put their 8 - 15% margin on and don't have to handle a single piece of material. It seems that this is the way that Sulja is going to market

This is exactly what is so amusing to me. All you people (mostly bashers) are concentrating so hard on a small lumber yard with a dirt hole parking lot, when the real business that is trying to be developed is a brokerage for supplies in the hotbed of development areas, of which the ME is primary.

In essence, the little lumberyard has little or nothing to do with this, it's the shell that does.

Whether Petar and crew are successfull or not, legitimate or not, that should be the focus here, not the little lumberyard.

I do believe Petar has the connections, and is now under pressure to make some things happen as opposed to running a scam. I'll hold to see if any contracts come through, cause if they do, this thing has a lot of upside. imo

You don't have to have a million dollar hqs to do what these people do. It's having connections with people all over the world. They could work out of a basement and do what they do, bartering. But they have a real business and they also barter with people in europe, and the ME.
