So with the virus active but dormant with no symptoms showing. How will they assure some of them are not in that status that board the plane? They can't.
I would be turning a lot of these cruise liners into floating medical facilities thereby quarantining and treating the sick.
So what of the bilge water though? Will it be dumped in the ocean to infect life in the waters worldwide? "NASA, we have a problem".
