Those were traffic offences. JC has 2 counts of harassment and an obstruction charge. He spent 10 days in jail in WI in 2013 already.

Was gates intoxicated and did he made threats to a police officer - of course not - post Gates arrest report.

Gates built a real business that was generating millions in revenue before going public and he did a IPO not a pinky reverse merger.
