AZ is a cool place. Been snow skiing in Flagstaff. Spent a few hours checking out the Painted Desert.


I spent a year traveling Chicago to Scottsdale ....worked the Scottsdale, Phoenix, area back then.

I remember Camelback Mtn. Back when Sir Charles was playing for the Suns. Beautiful area.






Speaking of beautiful, the ILAL SS is a beauty and this business plan they're executing appears to be one too.
