The court made it clear he needs to be represented at the next scheduled hearing. As for "announcing", he doesn't have to announce anything and I would suggest he is a P&D scam if he did. His sale to his customer is his own private business. Its up to his customer to decide how to announce something. If they are SEC reporting(rarely) they would file a 8K I think. Usually we only know its happened when the SOS gets updated with new company board members and contact info. You have to check for that yourself.
