Great assessment Walker! This could be a windfall if it turns out as you described! The merger deal is the key that keeps me in this deal. GLTA

I agree. They'd have to forward split, there'd be no liquidity!

After R/S, the float will be around 5.3k or 5,300 shares only, super thin!
I guess we'll see news before the actual RS will happen.

I’m with you walker on the forward split. I think there are a lot of small share holders from previous R/S IDAD has done.

I know people who leave small amount of shares in there accounts cause the commission is more than it’s worth to sell.

“A reverse/forward stock split is a stock split strategy used by companies to eliminate shareholders that hold fewer than a specified number of shares. A reverse/forward stock split uses a reverse stock split followed by a forward stock split.

A reverse split reduces the overall number of shares a shareholder owns, causing some shareholders who hold less than the minimum required by the split to be cashed out. The forward stock split increases the overall number of shares a shareholder owns. A reverse/forward stock split is usually used by companies to cash out shareholders who hold less than a specified amount of shares.

This strategy is believed to cut administrative costs by reducing the number of shareholders who require mailed proxies and other documents.”

I’ve spent a good amount of time going through BCLI and CLCS fillings to see if something similar has happened and can’t find anything.

While going through them BCLI dose proxies.

A lot of things are pointing towards a reverse/forward split
