Yeah right ... the douche knew he couldn’t buy the farm or plant or buy the California land or the clinic but he announced them as if they were going to happen and the question is did he sell a billion shares after releasing those stories knowing he had no money and a slim chance of those transactions ever happening ... it’s still slim that anyone would ever loan this guy lunch money after he maxed out the shares and collapsed the price ... seriously there is nothing here just a maxed out shell that used some of the proceeds to appear clean because they filed for the s1 doesn’t mean there is life here or he will ever get any one of these things happening for himself or investors.... guys a douchebag swindler imo
