It’s because your on the commons board,,,, I don’t care about prefs,,, I’ll never buy a pref (in any stock) , and I won’t hang out on MBs posting about a stock I don’t own. That’s where the animosity comes from,,, your on the wrong MB,,, it may be the best investment in the history of the world,, but I could care less as this is the FNMA board

Well, the fact is that the preferred stock could also dilute the common shares. But that's how reorgs, go.

They try to flatten the capital structure and it is often dilutive.

Mnuchindilutionsolution could be occurring in the near future. It could actually help the common stock price.
