I didn’t say it was or wasn’t simply that it was probably unlikely. This is an OTC stock, and like many such stocks various narratives can get pushed that have little actual basis in reality.

So people can talk about it all then want...either the “authorities” have decided to pursue or they have not.

And there is no evidence they have....not even for simple fraud let along RICO.

It’s a civil claim.

Anything else is just a pennyland hypothetical.
