Thanks curious - I may wait a little bit before I switch out - but I think all of them will do well eventually (that's the key word I guess). My goal is to try to max out on dividends down the road when they are turned on (end of 2023?). I don't want the price of either preferred or common to go up too much in the next few months as I am looking to buy more in anticipation of more favorable events as the year goes on - but we will see.
