They should file a 15g. Many waiting until then. Too risky without it. But hat out to those playing without that filing here on the empty shell as of the 8K from last month. Someone might buy this quickly with that low o/s. The form 13 will be a small bit compared to the nice looking o/s. Definitely worth having on watch list for filing. GL
