chance to get rid of him, and this would be a long shot, is to challenge the validity of the Preferred B shares. They're as bogus as the day is long.

The problem is the holder of the A's allowed Tony to effectively hijack APRU via the bogus B shares.

He is the SOLE majority shareholders and CONTROLS each and every aspect, including RS and issuing trips.

But challenging the validity of the B shares would be the only way to legally remove him.
