farrel90 Possibly wants to be first on line to claim his money before official bankruptcy hits. Just a thought. Hope I am wrong.

The flipside analysis would be that he wants to get paid with MFO money now while it is available in case the company goes under.

If he believes his stock is worthless then recouping the million in cash he is owed would be a top priority.

Who knows what the real story is. I have never seen so much drama and oddity in a company before.

Aruda conflicts.
Paying lawyers with options.
Three wise men investors.
MFO.
Menon friend or foe.
Lease conflicts

It has been a bloody circus. Get a deal signed and bring us back to a reputable state Leo!

"Dr Menon and his family know IPIX does not have the ability to pay the debt now. "
That's false.

"Even at todays depressed share price the value of their stock is greater than the funds claimed by Menon from IPIX."
So's that.

Two false statements without answering any of the questions. Thanks.

The quality of the comments received help reinforce my points.

The important accomplishments are:

1.IPIX has a drug effective for inflammatory bowel disease

2.IPIX has an effective oral delivery method

3.IPIX has hired a quality negotiator,Locust Walk, to broker a deal

IMO :

1 Ipix has a very high chance of securing a fair deal

2 The chance of failure or bankruptcy has diminished

3 The balance of success has shifted greatly to the IPIX long term investors
