any who think they can sue with a KNOWN minority position.

TONY CAN LEGALLY DO AS HE WISHES, and has NEVER declared they would NEVER RS.

In fact, EVERY common shareholder can sue in a class action and they would LOSE.

I suggest everyone do their own DD and know what they own....ie a minority position.

How could you sue him? I don't believe he will RS, but if he decided too, nobody could do anything about it.
