It appears if you look on the beneficial ownership filing they are filing that they have now reduced their holdings below 5% at this point. The box in the terminology states this if you read through the filing. My guess is they were set up as a pipe as you posted with their original holdings. And, because of this pipe, they were responsible along with Read for selling most of those holdings that diluted the shit out of us and depressed the stock down to almost nothing screwing us over the past two years. My guess also is they are now potentially holding what they have left and did the updated filing as disclosure before official filings drop. At least I hope so. JMHO and could be wrong. GLTAL.
