Xu did two PRs the first was the deal is dead on 2/11/2020 and they clearly stated why. Here is the link.

Xu had every intentions of getting this deal done. In September he paid a ton of money and about 14 filings/attorney letters was done. Brimmer caused this.

I lost a total of $14.5k. But i was lucky to catch the news of SPOM that morning and loaded up to recover my loss from hdii and make a decent profit. It sucks what happened. But it shows the DEAL was real and it is getting done.
