Because Costello is so Shady - like the Non-binding LOI with Squad Drone - then goes on about due diligence etc but later says:

"Squad Drone is located in Bellevue, Washington and is a division of GRN Funds."

If GRN Funds had any assets of real value, JC would have already disclosed GRN Funds financials. GRNF management isn’t providing financials because the GRN Funds doesn’t have any real revenues. If your balance sheet is solid, you don’t hide it.
