would that chas had the gumption to even communicate with us shareholders. anybody wanna bet--we'll never hear from him again. my favorite aspect of his shadow-play, is that when one of these longtime loyal investors reaches him, he's 'going into a meeting.' rolling a joint? about to start watching a movie? in the middle of some tv show? no one who was actually working could've kept this from getting off the ground for so long. legal problems? yeah, sure.
