Aphria Inc. AMA - February 5th, 2020
Good evening fellow Cannalysts. It is great to be back for another AMA. The first time I was on an AMA, Blue awarded me three title belts after it ended. I think they were (i) most questions, (ii) most upvotes and (iii) I can’t fully remember but most likely was most words typed. My visit in August produced results higher than my first visit in all categories. This time, Blue, using a rock concert analogy, says I sold the show out in less than 6 hours. Your passion for Aphria is truly impressive.

There are some great questions here, there are some accountability questions, there are some difficult questions and there are some people who just want to vent and rant. I will do my best to provide **my perspective** on all of them. Some of you may not like the responses but we all don’t have to agree on the answer. As shareholders, you all hold the ultimate power seat, the ability to vote your shares every day with your decision to buy, hold or sell your shares.

I look forward to answering your questions tonight. The vitriol is out in full force, let’s see what I can do to shed some light on as many things as possible and see if we can get the acidic levels down ??
