"Construction activities not directly tied to permanent features do not require a state construction air permit, which is one reason why securing our construction air permit from the State of Nebraska is not considered a critical path to the construction schedule. We feel confident that we can take advantage of the construction air permit variance that can be provided by the State, if needed."
