Here is what the company actually said about the air permit on 2/4:

"Construction activities not directly tied to permanent features do not require a state construction air permit, which is one reason why securing our construction air permit from the State of Nebraska is not considered a critical path to the construction schedule. We feel confident that we can take advantage of the construction air permit variance that can be provided by the State, if needed."

When they get the air permit maybe in July and then no financing news. The excuses are going to fly on this board!
