Seems to be EMA is a holding company and in its portfolio is the stock SBES , South Beach Spirits, Whom I believe is involved with MMG and Daniel in the merger of these 2 Pinks. Someone lent somebody money and seems to be having a change of heart. just guessing at most of it but it is strange stuff in Pennyland
