You are clearly lost. Just because they filed on the Extension on 28th has nothing to do with the 90 days from the end of October 31 being January 29. Please enough is enough already ...they’re due today

I’m almost positive the 10k was due the 29th. They filed the NT on the 28th

Filed after hours therefor start from the 29th


“Following our filing of the NT today, we have a 15-day grace period from the due date of the 10-K. There are no ramifications regarding using the extension. As we have already announced, this will be a record quarter, and we are as excited as everyone else to get this 10-K filed.”

Please stop saying Jan. 28. The 10K was originally due on Jan. 29, 90 days from October 31st.
