I understand this. Everyone agrees with your points.

I'm just concerned about the argument that the public will perceive VLN as an healthier alternative. I think the argument is valid even tho it shouldn't be XXII's job to inform the public..this should fall on FDAs shoulders who to date haven't done a thing.

Having been in this stock for a number of years it wouldn't surprise me if they request more studies to be done regarding public perception. Would it really surprise you?
