Well, you can forget about India. China is not about to allow that. The funding arrangements to date have all been arranged through financial tentacles of the Chinese govt. Nio has also stated that they will not be opening any factory, period. All agreements with their current production factories, JAC and GAC make them a party to the financing agreements and partial funding goes through their own financial operations.

In general, I am always amazed how little due diligence people do before investing in foreign entities and even worse how they stay invested and not being willing or able to continue their own due diligence after the purchases. ALL of these "statements of fact" are out there ... investors should read SEC filing and all other corporate communique's.

NIO needs more funding, but no one is currently coming to their immediate aid and eventually it will be reflected in its share price.

All is just my own opinion.

Full disclosure: For the above reasons and others stated previously on this board, I own May,15 2020 $2.00 Put Contracts. I like NIO's product and in particular their Battery Swap program and NOMI, their artificial-intelligence technology. However, their debt, their debt structure and their outstanding and ongoing funding issues have not been reconciled to justify their current market cap. As mention above, all the above is just my own opinion.
