I think we will find that any dispute with biscardi is with people he knows well and creating fake companies with. It's all a facade dispute with themselves if it is a dispute. There is no history with any of the companies just made up by biscardi.
And this could be back to sub penny by next week. Right now, pre split I think the stock would be selling at .0000001 or something. Because it's down 75% or more.
