Prosecution, yes, tweets that are superfluous and used for pumping are prosecutable. SEC has prosecuted numerous twitter pumpers.

It would be a slam dunk case for the SEC to prosecute $IGEX, it’s CEO and their affiliates, based on the tweets, should the tweets be false and manipulative.
I don’t believe they are.
Thus, why would a multi-million dollar, international company, Sinister, with reputable personnel and affiliates, tweet superfluous BS on twitter, which is prosecutable.
Also, Sinister wouldn’t let someone use their name in a malicious way, Sinister wouldn’t allow a no name CEO to slander their name.
This could ruin them, therefore, proceed accordingly. Waiting game folks.
