He gave them the opportunity to get shares. At what price was the unknown. No one knew if the price would go up or down at that point of GCAN's business cycle. NO one knows why he had to do it but he had to do it because of the way Wayne had negotiated the Warrant Purchases. I think I found the paragraph in those agreements that handcuffed Aitan into this deal so I am satisfied with what Aitan had to do. What I am not satisfied with is Aitan going underground since September of last year without another shareholder update. I know what has caused the delay and it is short lived, so maybe that is what Aitan is waiting for. We shall see. In the meantime, the DEBT is the DEBT and we all are aware of it. I am NOT buying any more stock, I have enough so EMET can shove what they have up their A..........SS!! JMHO
