I've no idea where the rumor comes from on a merger.
reverse merger seems to be hotter than a room of naked models these days.
I sincerely hope no one dumps a lot into IMO this is clearly a wild card lotto play and if the CEO is that incompetent, we could be info for trouble, however , no one expects to win the lottery.
let's hope he finds some one that doesn't have time / money for an IPO and a great product, before summer, as I think they could be banckrupt by then if it doesn't happen. heck I threw a few hundred bucks here, but it really doesn't take much to move it, let's go PR
