Does it matter?? Could be a condition of continued employment, BUT/HOWEVER, there are no Form 4s filed so it’s not Wais; 4s need to be filed within 24 hours for insiders including 10% holders. There is more stock to be flipped for daily/weekly profits in this range, broker can easily accumulate 49% profit in a week.
