No chance this will ever merge. Do you understand the difference between Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 bankruptcy?

The massive amounts of unpaid debt do not go away. No one would merge with a company with $100 million in unpaid debt! And the stock will be cancelled upon the end of the bankruptcy.

The stock is completely worthless. Anyone holding RCPIQ shares will lose 100% of their investment. And the stock can disappear at anytime, with any warning as the SEC could suspend them whenever they want as they are almost 4 years delinquent in their legally required filing obligations.

It is entirely possible the stock could disappear tomorrow.

LadyAnge

It has been my, perhaps fantasy assumption, that RCPIQ's Chapter 7 bankruptcy application was a strategy to stop the hemorrhaging of shares resulting from a failed loan arrangement. That fantasy imagines that RCPIQ had made an arrangement with the lender under which it would become a "shell" into which MYMD Pharmaceutical would reverse merge. It would then issue MYMD shares for the shares of RCPIQ held by the lender, thereby converting the existing debt into a stock position in MYMD Pharma.

My preferred arrangement would be for MYMD to authorize 17.04 million shares, and issue to RCPIQ shareholders 1 share of its stock for each 10 shares of RCPIQ stock.

500K shares dumped at 0.0005 today which broke down its previous bottom support! Let's see if RCPIQ will crash to 0.0003 or below again?

Totally about 750K shares dumped at 0.0004 since a couple of days ago! We might see the 52-week-low 0.0003 again as soon as tomorrow...

0.0004 x 0.0005 now. The next three asks are 0.0006, 0.0007, and 0.0008 v.s. the next three bids are all at 0.0001.

RCPIQ (171M shares Large OS) is trading at $68K MV now vs. its CH7-"Q" peer (TXCCQ: 46M shares Small OS) at $46K MV currently but it ever hit $0.0001 or Mere $4K MV a few months ago! Even RCPIQ crashes to $0.0001 it still has much much much higher MV --- $17K!

Will RCPIQ crash to a New 52-week-low 0.0001 as soon as next week due to those so-called "Cancellation" non-senses?

Agreed with you, my friend! Totally over 750K shares dumped at 0.0004 since a few sessions ago! We might see the 52-week-low 0.0003 again as soon as tomorrow unless strong Slapping actions start here to push RCPIQ back to its most recent highs area 0.0024 ~ 0.0014 again...

0.0005 x 0.0006 now. The next three asks are 0.0007, 0.0009, and 0.0013 v.s. the next three bids are 0.0004, 0.0003 (i.e. 52-week-low), and 0.0001. The current bid is up 25% now! Should we start strong Slapping actions to take out all the Dirt Cheap 0.0009s ~ 0.0007s first?

10K-0.0004 x 20K-0.0005 now. The bid is up 33.33% so far! Will RCPIQ surge back to 0.0014 again as soon as today? It just needs about a couple of millions shares of slapping action to break up 0.0014!
