Only one question needs to be asked (answer is easily sourced). Is Red Wave a contractual partner of Nulixo?

Of course if one doesn't like the answer "no". One can always ask Was there ever a deal made between Nulixo and Red Wave? Of course if one doesn't like the answer "no" then one can ask, Was Red Wave ever given the fact that Nulixo has no funds, waiting on govt contracts, and that the plastic to oil company has zero employees and only a broken down processor idle over 6 years. Of course if one doesn't like the answer "no" then one may just want to reevaluate their position in this latest episode.
