No matter how you measure it now, it is official. Noteholders can now convert at a % of 0.0005. I believe they can convert at a % of 0.0004 but even now hundreds of millions will be added to the OS

I just read the notes in the 10-q.

They all convert at 70% of the lowest closing BID PRICE over the last 15 days.

Meaning I was correct that the lowest closing bid price was 0.0004 and the conversions are at 0.00028.

So 3-5 billion shares to the OS more than now.
