Why would CBDD have an attorney letter for only quarterly reports when its the annual reports they need an attorney sign off for? Doesnt make any sense!
The year end report for CBDD is due LATEST March 31st.

Any idea when the other shoe is going to drop here and this scam announces a reverse stock split? They are fully diluted now and don't have enough shares in the kitty to cover their liabilities. Somethings got to give!
