When it takes 3 months to amend a 8-K that provides false and misleading information about Costello's education is securities fraud - especially when he tells investors:
"Mr. Costello is a graduate of the University of Minnesota in Public Business Administration and a graduate of the Harvard Business School."
That is pumping and building Confidence with investors that with a Harvard MBA he is qualified to manage a Billion dollar hedge and operate a weed bank.
The Initial pumping 8-K should have been amended within 2 days not 3 months - only on the OTCM would shareholders believe this is acceptable behavior.
Costello claims to manage a Billion dollar hedge and own a weed bank with deposits of over $500 million - neither of those are true and that is certainly pumping.
As always if you have proof/DD/research post it to prove that Costello is a Billionaire - manages a billion dollar hedge fund - although he was a failed Limo driver - stiffed creditors in Wisconsin and has default judgements against him - but now he manages a billion dollar hedge fund.
In 5 months the true believers in Costello can't provide any real DD that proves he manages a hedge fund.
