Point is, after sitting in this low area for weeks and months 1.30-1.50, all of the recent accumulative new positives, new SEC filings, and increased contracts plus already in the works $$$ coming in plus huge credit line in place, etc it could not even hold the company's increased valuation on those facts- and was shortsold off back down to near worthlessness as I see it...
