They really must release the financials or issue a press release as to why the delay(although it will not be well received by present or future investors) since they already said in a press release:
IBAC Corporation (Pinksheets:IBCX) announced today that it has a final draft of its audited financial statements and after review will release them to the public.
Remember this is not some Canadian company like SLJB that the SEC could care less about, but an American company based in the state of the most agressive Attorney General in the US, Elliot Spitzer. I am sure he would enjoy going after such unlawful, misleading companies that is, IF IBCX is acting in violation of the law and not just unethical business activities.
If IBCX turns out to be misleading and has released false or misleading information via Press releases, emails or voice communications to investors, then I will glady help Chicken Man and/or another other investors that wants to file a complaint with the appropriate regulatory agencies. However, you know Ed and company has some excellent counsel that might have has advised them how to skirt the existing laws and act because ICAN!
Anyway, that's my input on this matter and I appreciate that Liable, Binzur and SandVet's reasonable questions and mightymouse and other longs on the other side for their opinions and the fact that Mick hasn't been around yet deleting messages that he unilaterally finds objectionable. Thanks too for AngelHillCorp's information and I look forward to seeing how all of this plays out for good or bad.
